There was a former penguin who went a long time without a point and his name escapes me but he wore number 10.

If I remember correctly he ended up on the Panthers where he got his first NHL point

I was going to mention this guy. As I vaguely remember it took him to around 30 games in his second season to finally get a goal or an assist. Which would have been around 50 games all together.

I thought Alain Naseraddine but not him but then it me. Jay Caulfield! That guy should never been on the ice EVER in any game as he was dangerous. Not only as a goon but he could barely skate and others could have gotten hurt due to his inability to do anything.

Granted Jay is a very nice guy and one of their better in studio commentators.

He was the worst fighter that I can ever recall. He had absolutely no balance and could not stay on his skates, I remember Troy Mallette, when he played for the Rangers used to just toss him around like a ragdoll, he didn't even have to punch him, just threw him around and slammed him to the ice every time they fought.
