New ref lowlight on the season in Flyers/Wings. Wings player appeared to trip a Flyers player. Ref threw the arm up, and Konecny immediately jumped over the boards as an extra attacker long before the goalie got to the bench. Ref changed his mind and put his arm back down, at which point the Flyers goalie returned to the net with six skaters on. Then, the same ref was going to call the Flyers for too many men until Torts screamed bloody murder and he announced no penalties. (IMO Konecny got on too early, so too many men applied, regardless of whether the ref dropped his arm on the other call)

15 seconds later a Wing player got a stick near a Flyer who toe picked and that got called.

There was some talk of the Jackets wanting to move Provorov for him and I would have been fine with that.

I still maintain that it was too many men, as there is no way Ersson got to the bench before Konecny got on.

Ref still fucked up the initial thing, but maybe decided to call it back because the Flyers player recovered so quick.
