They had a chance with about 40 seconds left to clear the zone and couldn't get it done. About 20 seconds later, the Oilers tied the game. I almost threw my remote at my tv lol

I mean, I don't know if you're correct or not, just because there is no ref within the camera frame with an arm raised doesn't mean squat, an arm could have been raised and it just wasn't captured. Also, linesmen can call major penalties as well and that's likely why the refs huddled.
