It doesn't matter because the Ravens aren't sniffing the playoffs this year.

U mean Denver hopes they don't.... After the Mile Hiccup? Right?

still love that play... Do u?

I don't care if they make the playoffs or not, but they won't. Teams that lose to the Raiders, and need Josh Scobee to miss multiple field goals to beat a Vick quarterbacked Steelers team aren't playoff caliber.

By the way, thanks for Darian Stewart. Much better than the guy he replaced.

No problem... Long season big boy... We have a good shot with injured players coming back as well...like our odds

Denver on the other hand can make the playoffs all they want only to be embarrassed by a real team.again.

Embarrassed, like giving up 49 points on opening night?

Now that Steve Smith is hurt, who exactly is Flacco supposed to throw the ball to this week?

Regular season losses an after thought. U get it. What did it get ya not much but blown out by Seattle in the SB. Right?

Flacco has many targets. Gilmore 6'6" TE is the teams #2 receiver and is back this week add #2 rd TE Maxx Williams who has played well this far and did real well last week.

6'5" we Darren Waller rookie caught the 4th down game on the line pass last week is coming on and Kamar Aiken has proven he can score including last week in Pittsburgh.

Flacco has weapons and SAmirh will be back in a couple weeks...thy are saying not as bad as thot and he wants on the field....

The Running game is what clicked though... Dorset rushed for 150yds and Ravens totaled 167 yes against a stout Pittsburgh run defense.

THe secondary shut down Brown and looked much better with a few additions including Will Davis who ravens picked up from Miami last week.

Looking pretty good going into the 2nd quarter playing Browns at home then SF on the road.

NOt a single one of those players scares anybody. I mean Waller had one single catch in the entire game. You said Maxx Williams had a good game? What?? He had 2 catches for 17 yards. I mean I know your expectations are low but come on. Heck through 4 games he still hasn't even eclipsed 100 yards for the year. I mean passing wise they had 186 yards against a very average Pittsburgh defense.

Also I don't think you guys shut down Brown as much as him having a 2nd string QB throwing to him made him not quite as great of a weapon. We have seen with Larry Fitzgerald that an elite WR can be obsolete without a good to great QB. Now I know that my team has a pretty bad offense but I am starting to think you don't realize that your team does too right now especially with your best weapon on the team now being out for a while.

Max Williams is a rookie and has played consistent since he got to Baltimore...he's a threat and with Gilmore back they will surely run more two TE sets... Gilmore is a beast hat can catch and run and he's back...

Waller is a rookie what do u expect but he is an oversized threat and can obv. Catch.

So far as Brown is concerned the Ravens shut him down. Not our problem that Big Ben wasn't on the field in the same way that it isn't their problem that Suggs wasn't. You put ur best players available on he field and they rep ur team if u lose its Bc that team wasn't good enuff to win....

The Ravens have had injuries but Gilmore and Canty and Monroe will be back this week and the running game is alive again.

A better question is how do u solve for Manning in January with his weak arm when teams load the box and beat he hell out of him.... Kinda like Indy did last year before they got their asses beat by a NE team hat barely squeaked by the Ravens?

No solution to that issue Denver just loses.

The solution is we have a great defense and we fix the running game. The defense is already there, and this past week the running game showed signs of life.

But if I were you I wouldn't worry about us, I'd be more concerned with how the Ravens are going to even get to the playoffs with a suspect defense and no one to throw the ball to.

You said that Maxx Williams has played well...how do you justify that when a receiving TE is averaging 22 yards a game? So that is 350 yards for the year if he continues like he has and 0 touchdowns. That is not playing well. That is terrible production.

As for the Brown compared to Suggs argument that is horse hocky. A WR is very dependent on the QB being good in order for them to be great. An OLB though can go and make plays by himself even if the guys around him are not. Huge difference in the level of dependence on another player.

As for the Broncos that is why they are working on developing a run game. They finally saw some of it come to life this last week going for 140 yards. They improve the run game and have this defense then they stand a very good chance in December/January/and hopefully February. Nobody knows how this season will end. You are just hoping the Broncos fall apart just like you are hoping the Ravens can somehow turn this around. I'm willing to admit I have no clue what will happen the rest of the season. You right now can't even fathom the idea of your team not doing good this year. You talked your team up so much that I think you convinced yourself your team was unbeatable and the beginning of this season just has sent you into shock and attack mode on anybody that says the Ravens are not making the playoffs or that they are not playing good football. I mean you are trying to justify everything that has gone wrong with your team. Maybe it just boils down to they are not as good as some thought before the season.

U r an excuse machine.

U field what u have healthy end of story. Maxx Williams wasn't targeted as much Bc others with more experience were filling that gap. His stats aren't rep of his play but he is making catches and that will grow he is a talent even as a rookie which is why he was the highest rated TE in the draft...

Ha haa u say that now about Suggs wait til one of ur top LBs goes down(I hope they don't) if hey do and tell me what happens to ur defense and argue then that they have no impact.

So far as Brwon he was draped all game u should watch it sometime it was a thing of beauty. The QB doesn't impact how well the coverage is playing and the Ravens cbs played wells very well.

Better hoe Denver has a run game or Jan hits it's over for u.

Wouldn't go that far. I think 2 or 3 finish .500 and 1-2 make the playoffs.

Not a chance. Those teams stink. Only team with any hope at all is Seattle, but they're about to get their ass whipped.

This.
Better luck next year, Baltimore. You aren't sniffing playoffs in 2015.

In the final minutes of Thursday's game, Ravens fans were talking about an 0-16 season. They get lucky with absolutely atrocious kicker play gifting them a win and suddenly they are a threat....

With their defense playing the way they are, the Broncos absolutely have a chance.

You know, you sure do talk a lot for a guy who disappeared for weeks win his team was playing like crap, only to reappear suddenly when they win one game they were lucky not to lose.

At what point did I make an excuse for my team? I said the run game is something they are working on. That is not some crazy secret. Kubiak loves to develop a run game and wants to find other ways to win other than Manning. That is not an excuse that is a fact. So far this year it hasn't worked very well. This past game saw some glimpses of it working but otherwise the Broncos have not had much of a run game.

As for stats for Williams he has 14 targets so far this year but only 7 catches. Those are not great numbers for a guy that should be getting pretty easy coverage considering most don't view him as a threat.

The difference between me and you is I am willing to admit my team has some weaknesses that could cost them the Super Bowl. I have an understanding that my team is beatable and that we could get to the playoffs and be one and done. Right now I don't think you can even begin to comprehend that your team could fail this year. You spent the entire off season trying to convince everybody on here just how great and powerful the Ravens are. You argued with Cowboys fans about who had the better OL, you argued with just about everybody that your front-7 was the best in football and that the secondary was going to show up and become one of the best in the league. You argued just about everything possible even on threads that didn't have anything to do with the Ravens making sure everybody knew that you thought they were a great team. And now you are hoping these players that before injury were considered average to above average will all of a sudden come back form injury and become all stars. I guess keep holding onto that dream and maybe you will be found to be right. That is fine. I wouldn't mind playing the Ravens again in the playoffs. Heck that would be fun to have that head to head decide our bet we made before the season. I just hope you are prepared if your team fails. I know I am.

They have no chance bc Manning is so limited and teams can shut him down...period. Of the teams with a chance in the post season Denver isnt one.
