Shaquem Griffin.
Too often as coaches, they look for the prototypical player. A player that is _ tall and weighs _, that runs an _ time in the 50 yard dash. You can't judge a player solely by those metrics, until you can quantify a way to judge a player's heart.....
Often, they overlook a player that may not be the perfect size or say.......isn't disabled in some small way. Frost didn't and Griffin was a big reason UCF was the only undefeated team in college football.
Frost will still get those elite players, but the fact he doesn't discriminate against players that may not be the "perfect player" means he's a winner in more ways than one.
