is the dynasty or single season

In the deal.......I take the young guns for dynasty, and if its a 1 year thing then JPP and Jackson........for me if its dynasty hands down I take the young guys, and 1 year you hands down take the vets.....

in this scenario....
For this season def gimme smith and bell
Long term...
Watkins

Bell is 28 and I don't see tons more years and smith is toasted........

but Watkins in a year or two COULD be amazing....

Yeah, that's not all that much value for Watkins. And you know how "low" I am on him. I like Joique a lot, but can't see him being very useful in three years.

I'd take Bell over Watkins.

The Lions' offense can move the ball. And Bell is quietly gaining momentum as a nice PPR play over the aging Reggie. I'd talk about Watkins, but he's been dragged through the mud already on this board, mainly because Manuel & the Bills still have a way to go.

I would too Joe, but this is a dynasty. Do you see Bell being useful long enough, or Sammy never reaching potential due to the endless Jim Kelly 2.0 search?

Bush is 29. Bell is actually 28 yet he's only been in the NFL for 3 seasons.

To answer your question, I realize this is for Foot's dynasty, and one reason I'm suggesting Bell over Watkins is because of Foot. I know he loves rookies. Loves them to a fault. Watkins probably won't do much this year that a WR2 or WR3 can't do. Part of that is the Bills' Kelly 2.0 search as you eluded to. So after a subpar season for Watkins (by Foot's measurables), I can already see him hyping up the 2015's rookie WR crop of Amari Cooper or Stefon Diggs. Watkins will be an expendable memory.
