Dulcich is the only one that move the needle for me. Wasn’t a fan of the pick, but after watching him, he can be a serious problem for opposing defenses

That isn't what we need at the position. What separates Dulcich from Albert O is Dulcich's mind. Dulcich knows how to get open and prepares himself so he can make the catches most of the time. Albert O has no physical limitations whatsoever keeping him from being as good as Dulcich - in fact Albert O should be the better TE going by physical ability alone.
