I like this contract length. I don't think any deal should be longer than the 5-7 year range. 7 is definitely pushing it, too, so good deal here, assuming the money makes sense.

Year one, 1 million
Year two, 2 million
Year three, 3 million
Year four, 3.5 million
Year five, 4.5 million

No matter the year it's a 2.8 million cap hit.
