Yea, somehow he still pulls the recruits. There are times you hate a guy unless he's your guy (Spurrier comes to mind). But even when Kiffin was UT's coach, I didn't like how he did things. I know it sounds like sour grapes, but I hope I'm more objective than that.

He does come across as whiney and petulant at times but he can coach and recruit. If SC hadn't let that Black Mamba dude transfer to Oregon they'd be really, really good. He must be the fastest guy in college football and he burned SC twice last night. All things considered, when Carroll left, I was pleased that they got a quality coach like Kiffin.

Reminds me a whole lot of Crabtree, just more athletic obviously.

Crab was a better prospect coming out of college IMO.
