I’m not going to make an arrogant prediction.

All I’ll say is, I’ve heard a lot about their defense, Texas gave up 510 yards and 29 first downs to an imo lesser team in Arizona st. With them taking the mighty heifers to overtime.

OSU has a way better Qb, WOs, RBs, and defense than both of them

Make of it what you will….
Realize saying after the fact but transitive property does not work in sports.

That said I doubt you care how we got it done.

O-H!!!

Most recent game will be tonight Brother. Y'all might win but it's not going to be a blowout. Y'all better strap up
admittedly did think IF we won would be a blowout...and would not win a close one.

I nailed that, eh?

Completely legit and obvious calls. Maybe Ohio State should stop playing sloppy.
They should and not a blame the ref guy.....but heard maybe 3-4 weeks ago not one holding call had been called on the O with us playing D. Didn't believe it and never verified. But have not seen such a call in the last month and we get held a lot.

This seems to happen a lot. One player usually the QB is praised for the game they played and how they led their team, and the other blamed for the loss.

Ewers led his team to 14 points. Howard led his team to 21 points. However, the next time we see a short screen pass designed to basically run out the clock on the half turn into a 75 yard TD will be like never. That was not Howard that was the running back.

I have heard recaps of basketball games that describe how the loser could not score in the paint while the winner did. How the loser could not contain the guards of the opponent. How the winner dominated on defense. Then they post the final score 80 to 78. Say What?

The fumble shouldn't be on Ewers at all, it's 100% on Sark. They had to throw on 4th down because of the idiotic outside run they tried from the one. You have a kid in Manning that came in earlier on 4th and 2 and ran for 8 yards when everyone but the Easter Bunny knew he was running it. Out him in on 2nd and goal from the 1 and you won't have 11 guys crashing down on the back. Sark is a good coach but he chokes in crunch time, yesterday wasn't a first

Great job by the OSU defense. Goal line stand and then a scoop and score. Swear to Goodness I have no idea why Sark didn't put in Manning and hit them straight ahead 3 times from the one.
while have to assume these guys know a lot more than us there are definitely times they make ya wonder. This was obviously one.

Also when OSU at a 4th and half yard and pitched to Judkins who went wide. When they showed the view from behind center there were only 3 defenders in middle. One was off the line. Easy sneak there. Glad it didn't matter.

Texas played well and fought. No idea why OSU thought no need to cover Blue out of backfield.

When the other team is 2nd and goal from the one with 2 minutes left to tie it? That's a nail biter with a fluke play at the end brother. Congrats on the win, but no amount of fantasy makes that a blowout
Yeah I agree...was exactly how I thought game would not go. Figured if close we'd lose and agree....despite 2 TD win it was close.

I see it differently in football. sometimes it's warranted and coaches share blame in losses......but pretty much after every game like this one coach gets nearly all the blame for the loss.

Does the other one get the credit? Nope.

Texas rushed for 1100 yards versus Clemson, Michigan, A&M, and Florida.
Those were the 4 best wins of the season.

Texas rushed for 234 total yards in the two Georgia games, Arizona State, and Ohio State....which included 4 overtimes as well to get more rushes.
They were lucky to get 1 win and go 1-3 in those games.

They simply refused to even attempt running the ball at times this season.
I can understand if the other team is putting 9 in the box and shutting it down.....but that is never the case...

Sarkisian's love affair with Ewers and a very shaky passing attack ultimately ruined a very good season.
He has some explaining to do.
I wonder what the narrative would have been had TX pulled it out from the OSU side.

I think would be a lot saying we played like we did UM which is completely false. I'd say if anything should have passed less and run more, as well.
