agree with dragon ... angles for goalies on international ice are different from NHL ice ... there would be a learning curve ... AND ... dude is 33 years old

It's only one game though. Any goalie playing anywhere close to the NHL is capable of pulling that off for one game (hell, the Belarus goalie in 2002 was playing in the United League, wasn't he?), the trick is in having the skill and consistency to do that every night. The difference between 4 goals and zero goals is often very small.
But, but, but...that doesn't explain Luongo or MAFWhen you think about the numbers for most goalies...the statistical difference between a guy giving up 4 or giving up 0 is often not that big. You're right on about consistency. That's what gives you a job in the NHL.
Speak for yourself Johnny, I realized today that I don't know a thing about team Latvia
Me neither. I do want to know how Garth missed another goalie though. I don't think he could pick one if his life depended on it. Prove me wrong Garth, prove me wrong!!
We play tomorrow morning correct?
Either USA Network or NBCSPN.
Thanks
Pretty sure it's NBCSN. I can't wait. I actually convinced some friends to come over to watch it with me. Well actually one of them is my roommate whose room is right next to the TV so he will be awake anyways with me yelling at the game.
