More like the convoluted story to get to the 3 way with a bunch of unnecessary and confusing logic have stalled out the momentum of that story. It's been a longer build since this began at the Rumble and they are stalling for time. She's still consistently the most over person in the entire company. She's working both shows and despite not really doing anything (because of the convoluted, multiple storyline injuries), the reactions are still the loudest of the night. Kofi's are matching hers now but its not like its one or the other. Fans are interested in both.

It was but I think that was a quick finish because she legit injured her knee during the match

We give Brian Armstrong a lot of flack but he did 2 things in the main event.

He gave the fans want they wanted and he put the New Day over as a legitimate team.

Kudos and great show that IMO was Smacktastic

Sorry for the TLDR but I need to say this:

In today's smark world of wrestling, with kayfabe long gone and everyone knowing it's scripted, it has become easy to constantly criticize the wrestling product. Especially the WWE product. From scripted promos to overlong backstage segments to bitching about who is getting what push.

Easy to the point of being lazy bandwagon hate.

I'm as guilty as anyone of this.

Sometimes we get so caught up in our "Hate Everything WWE" bandwagon that we are almost ashamed to admit when they did something that really got to us.

Well, I am going to admit it. They got me last night with The Usos Forfeit.

This sounds like a plausible theory. Also sets the wheels in motion for a horsewomen vs horsewomen match at survivor series.
