WrestleMania to feature first-ever women's main event
Sad when wwe goes into virtue signaling.

Slightly OT: I was watching a Texans-Patriots SNF game one year and the announcers were pointing out Schaub's penchant for pick-6's. Wouldn't you know, Schaub throws a pick-6 mere moments after the aforementioned "tale of woe".

Fucking Kofi should main event this WrestleMania.
Bliss having a wardrobe malfunction would be a step in the right direction.Sad when wwe goes into virtue signaling.

I’d say the winner of the rumble should.
Glad you agree that it should be Becky
Illegal entry.
She’s no better than Austin in 97.
Rollins is the guy
The infamous varsity jacket game?
Angle vs Joe tonight and Angle vs AJ tomorrow should be fucking fantastic.
Maybe, in 2019 WWE it is. But those three you listed, the time, money, creativity efforts invested in those three, should have been invested in the male superstars. Sorry, nothing against the Diva's, maybe it's because I remember the Attitude Era all too well, but it seems the WWE is relying on the Diva's to carry the product, or at the very least be equally competitive in interest, Like WWE title 1A and WWE Women Title 1B...That ain't going to work long term, you might get by right now saying it is due to injuries, and time off by the top men stars, but it's a sad day in the company when there isn't one men storyline worth investing in and WM is a couple weeks away...Ronda is arguably the most recognizable mainstream star on the roster. Becky is arguably the most over star in the company. Charlotte is a freak of nature athlete.
In terms of star power, storyline investment and potential match quality this is as good a choice as any to close the show.
This isn't a "women's revolution" novelty. It's a legit main event worthy match.
Knew this WM was in trouble when Alexa Bliss was named the "special host" when in the past you've had The Rock, Hogan, Stone Cold Etc. as the special hosts.
Then the news of the Diva's headlining WM? Look, the Diva division has come a LONG way, far from the puppies days, and good for them. It's a legit division now, but really? headlining WM? With a storyline that has been done at least three times on the men's side. SCSA, Daniel Bryan, CM Punk.
I get it, Stephanie is partly in control and way back when she was given some control she made it clear her goal was to push the women's division, and she's done a great job at that. But lets put that effort and time into what has made wrestling what it is today, the mens side. There is zero compelling storylines on the men's side. None. No men superstars are even remotely close to being over, unless you count Kofi Kingston who is Daniel Bryan circa 2014. No storylines are even worth paying attention to.
I tuned into Smackdown for the first time in years last night, first off I will say Smackdown's broadcast team is 10x better than Raw's. But this may be the worst WM build up, ever. There is just nothing there. The Diva's storyline seems like it belongs to start off the second hour of a RAW show.
AEW if it signs Jim Ross, which adds major credibility and story telling, could actually make a legit impact in the pro wrestling business.
Don't know, this WM just seems like recycled material with superstars that aren't even that interesting. And recycled storylines that aren't even that old. At least if you are going to push recycled material go with the Ruthless Aggression era or something, not stuff from just 5 years ago.
