There goes Miami resigning Oden. Dude gets arrested for punching a woman.. Ugghhhhh
Adrian Wojnarowski @WojYahooNBA 31m
Sources: Cavs have agreement for Kevin Love, including long-term contract commitment. Wiggins, Bennett, pick to Minn. http://yhoo.it/XHoSQg
Love is opting out and will resign a 5 yr $120mil contract next year.. how can they afford all that? Lebron at max, Irving at max and Love at max? Miami was only able to sign the 3 because they all took less then max.
Has that been confirmed? Love always said he wanted to test free agency in the summer. Plus like you said, no team can afford three ma contracts.

Bad move for Cleveland IMO. Wiggins is a great prospect and considerably cheaper than Love.
An lets not forget Lebron, Love and Irving were all undisputed #1 options last year - this year one of them is going to be #3. They'll be going from 20/25 shots per game to 10 shots.
It rarely works out when three superstars join teams. Miami was a big exception but Wade and Bosh knew beforehand they were going to be #2 and 3.
Obviously we'll have to wait and see but either Love or Irving are going to be EXTREMELY disappointed!

Cleveland bench is very old just as Miami bench was. Will they even be able to keep waiters/Thompson when their deals are up?
I'm no expert, but it can all probably be done using Birds Rights, since they will all be under contract during this season.
It all boils down to whatever Gilbert promised James about obviously paying any and all luxury tax.
How can he not get absolutely hammered?
But I guess the extra projected income James will bring in makes it worth it to him in his mind.
In all seriousness, James basically gets to play team owner, GM, and everything else...he was basically handed an NBA team for as long as he agrees to stay there.
The question is, can/will the Cavs actually fuck this up and not win a title?
