If Klay is honestly is what's stopping GSW from getting Love lol

I'm sorry but they're not winning a title with the way the team is constructed.

If they can get Martin who can give you similar offensive production as Klay and also Love, you gotta make that move

Miami won before Lebron, and we'll win at some point without him. Probably not next year, or the year after. But Miami has managed to put themselves in title contention before and build from there. Alot of talk coming from you considering your franchise hasn't even won a title yet. Not even a finals game.

You had Shaq, now you have Bosh. The guy that can't step up, well he is a number 1 again, lets see if he can handle it.

Saw this and thought this tweet sums up your point quite nicely.

It's more complicated than that. Heard they're asking for Barnes, green, first rounder and taking barea and Martin back which is a big no to them

Here is the article on it.

Trust me if the Wolves can get Klay, Lee and unload Martin for Love then I think you have a deal unless Minnesota feels that Wiggins is the 2nd coming...

We won't know the deal until
IT comes out. Warriors aren't out yet but I don't expect them to get him

Minny is starting to get silly now.

Barea and Martin?

Again, they are just driving up the price and using the Bulls and Warriors as pawns to try and fleece the Cavs.

Now that Wiggins is signed, nothing will happen for the next 30 days.

Even if they ship him to the Bulls.

Deal can't get made until McDermott and Mirotic's contracts become tradeable, which is only a day before Wiggins.

They value lee. They believe love is better than klay and lee but not a big enough upgrade to pull the trigger and have a hole at SG. I don't agree with it all. Woj has said they were asking for lee, klay, barnes, first rounder while taking back martin. Who is a 6th-7th man at best

Which is why I think we are in it still. Offer lee klay for
LOVE martin and put a deadline on it. Or offer lee, barnes, green, 1st for love
Martin and put a deadline on that too

They will get the 3-5 seed as constructed

Here is the big fat elephant in the room that nobody is addressing:

Lee has nerve damage, is 31 yrs old and in the 2nd to last year of his deal.

I believe you when you say they value him.

But, at some point, they are going to have to upgrade that position because he is on the other side of his prime...imo

What is he worth to resign?

To me, it comes down to who they value more.

A stretch 4 like Love or a dead-eye shooter like Klay.

Ask the new Cavs fans on this site, I have been giving them hell for picking the wrong Thompson at #4 a few drafts back.

I love him.

However, I think it's easier to find a guy closer to Klay's talent than to find a guy with Love's skill set.

But, I can't knock the Warriors for thinking differently :noidea:.

IF DJ thinks Love ends up in Golden State than that DEFINITELY means he is going to the Cavs LOL

this is also the guy that said Kyrie wanted out of Cleveland and would not sign a max-

ANd he said the CAvs would not even offer him a max

AND said there was now way LeBron was going back to Cleveland and totally dismissed the notion as ridiculous when everyone brought it up

but......

On opening night I WILL BE WATCHING LEBRON AND KYRIE run a pick and roll together- and after DJ just made that comment- i feel fairly comfortable stating Kevin Love will be in the corner wide open when LeBron rolls to the basket!

The Cavs got #4 seed this past season?

:laugh3:

Russ, you said it was 50-50 James would stay in Miami or go to the Cavs?

Same odds as flipping a coin.

I sort of agree. I wouldn't say 3. I would say 4-6 seed but point is they're not winning a title with this current roster. They can make the 2nd round or possibly even a WCF if they get some breaks to go their way but this team is not winning a championship with that roster.

Harrison Barnes might be a stretch 4 :noidea:
