Damn, Stuckey signed for less than a million per season to play with Indiana, he averaged 14ppg last season with Detroit.

By contrast, Meeks averaged a few ppg and signed for 6.3 million per season.

I don't think Stuckey is great by any means, but the Pacers signed him for a bargain.

He's an excellent passer, defender and rebounder for a PG, he's a triple double waiting to happen. The problem is he doesn't appeal to the average fan because he isn't a scorer. He's a pure PG who can run an offense.

I think he's a good player, but I think he may also be a little over-rated as well. He had talent with Pekovic and Martin, but they couldn't do much this past season.

Yeah, I'm not totally sold on him as a max player but for some reason these idiot GM's copy each other and overpay for stretch 4's who have nice looking numbers but questionable impact on the game.

Pau Gasol was never viewed as some elite top 5 player.
Yet he was able to get a pretty mediocre roster to the playoffs.


Love is viewed as an elite player......but he cannot even remotely come close to a playoff berth.
I really think he is vastly over-rated.


He is a good offensive player who can cherry pick rebounds (by not contesting shots at all).


Whenever someone has abysmally low contested shot numbers, but high rebounds.... they are usually on a losing team as a classic cherry picker.

Yeah but those Grizzlies teams completely sucked in the playoffs. They won between 45 and 50 games for 3 straight years, and in those 3 years they won exactly 0 playoff games.

Do you think those Grizzlies teams make the playoffs in last year's western conference? I sure don't.


I just think its silly using the fact that Gasol's bad teams made the playoffs as criticism against Love, when Love's team played in a much deeper conference and still won 40 games. Especially when those Grizzlies teams were swept in the 1st round 3 straight years.
