How I wish we could send his ass back across the hall:doh:!

I am not a Farmer fan.

Would have rather had Nelson or even Mo Williams back.

The Lakers will be competitive.

But, it will be hard to make the playoffs.

Of all the teams that made it last year, Houston is the only one that didn't get better.

If the Suns keep Bledsoe and Jrue Holiday is healthy, it will be a dog fight for the last 2 seeds in the West.

Agree with pretty much all of this except that I like Farmar and was bummed that he went to the Clips. I doubt that the Lakers will make the playoffs, the west is just too good right now and this past FA didn't do much to change that. The Rockets got worse, but everyone else got better or stayed the same.

I think the Lakers will be competitive and spend much of the season teasing Lakers fans about making the playoffs, but will end up falling short.

I don't know TJF12. I think the Lakers may surprise a few folks this year. Whether that means playoffs I am unsure. We shall se soon enough.

With a little luck and development of the young guys, they may surprise and sneak in as a 7-8 seed, especially if Kobe is close to being the player he was before the injury. I think they end up around .500 which I doubt will be good enough. On the other hand, I don't think anyone expected the 'Blazers to do what they did or for the Suns to win 48 games last year. So, ya never know.

Looks like Cleveland is about to Land Love. That is going to be a scary team.

Yes they will be a scary team if they land Love. Now is the time for Love to win an NBA title. Lebron has 3/4 more good years left in him.

They will likely be spoilers.

Good enough to ruin another Teams dreams of playoff glory.

But, not good enough to get there themselves.

Still, it is important to have a good showing so that they attract a good FA.

Does you no good to have money if nobody is willing to take it.

I think Laker fans will fall in love with Clarkson.

That guy, Rodney Hood and Cleanthony Early, were the steals of the draft...imo

Kobe doesn't care the Lakers suck and that he is the cause of it.

Y! SPORTS

I wonder what Doc is going to do with our glut of SG's.

I like CJ Wilcox.

But, that was a stupid pick when we already have Crawford, Reddick and last years pick, Bullock at that position.

We seriously needed an upgrade at the 3.

He should have picked Early...imo

Maybe he thinks Bullock can play the 3:scratch:?

I think Doc felt he had Pierce in the bag and butt fumbled that pick.

To bad we don't have enough cash to land Shawn Marion.

Could Reddick and Crawford be on their way out of town?

Not sure what Doc is doing at this point, I don't have a ton of confidence in the guy as a GM and I find him to be a slightly above average coach at best. I think the Clippers need to trade Jordan while he is still highly regarded. IMO, he isn't worth his big contract but he is very attractive to other teams so the Clips can fill the needs you are talking about by trading Jordan. What's your opinion of Jordan???
