It feels like LBJ/Bosh and Wade are just toying with the media, with all these different sources giving us mixed reviews. They are probably laughing their butts off, they know exactly what they are doing.

I think Wade & Bosh know what they're going to do.

As I said from day 1, I do not trust Lebron

I think he stays.

Honestly, where is he gonna go that will give him a max deal and a better chance to win?

This is not the same situation as with Melo.

Imo, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, and Dallas, in that order, would give Carmelo a better chance to win.

But, it seems pretty obvious that he is going for the money and will stay in New York.

There are only 2 Teams in the NBA, as currently constructed, that gives Lebron a better chance to win than staying with the Heat.

That's OKC and the Spurs.

Both already have Star SF and no cap space.

So, if he wants to get paid, AND WIN, it's Miami.

OKC are now the frontrunner for Gasol according to Stein

Yup, in spite of the fact that he was saying a couple days ago it was a long shot. I think it's going to happen, he knows where his best shot at at title the next 2 years are.

Happy about offer for Heyward after drafting Wiggins? I don't get it. They are both small forward's, Wiggins may start at shooting guard but he'll fill out and be a SF before long. Plus, the Cavs have Waiters.

LOL @ Waiters. He doesn't even want to be in Cleveland and he didn't even start the majority of the year last year. He is a good sixth man.

Cleveland also needs to get a big man if Hawes goes.

Im still hoping the original reports on wade and bosh are true and they take a discount. Otherwise no way can miami get anyone thats going to upgrade the roster enough to matter.

Even if they do take a discount and LBJ get the max, it will be hard to get anyone else that is going to get a decent pay day.

What could the Lakers possibly want in return from the Thunder with a sign and trade?

Unless OKC is giving up Durant, Westbrook, or Ibaka...... there is nothing that LA would take back.

Its better for them to let Gasol walk instead of some sign and trade deal with OKC.
At least it frees up cap space for 2015.

So I've read some stuff that OKC is trying to convince Gasol and Mike Miller to split the MLE in order to come to OKC. That'd be great for OKC because anyone with half a brain knows they need someone like Gasol but it really makes no sense for Gasol. Look at the number of teams interested in him this summer. Half the league wants him. He would really have to care only about winning a ring to go there because most every where else can give him 7 mil or higher. Hell, depending on Miami's Big 3 contracts, he could get more money AND a better shot at getting a ring than OKC has.

If I were him, I'd get paid. It's his last chance at good money. I'd do a two year contract for a good chunk of change. He's not that old so in 2 years teams will still want him and he can go ring chasing later.

Adrian Wojnarowski: Cleveland's belief that Utah will match any Hayward offer sheet is strongly discouraging Cavs from extending one, league sources tell Yahoo. Twitter @WojYahooNBA - See more at: HoopsHype - NBA Rumors

Have to disagree on a better shot at a title, in spite of what happened down the stretch in the playoffs the core of the OKC team is still on a HUGE curve upward.
