interesting to note, the top 4 qbs are all VA high school QBs (Boyd, LT3, Manuel, Glennon) and the next one would probably be Renner, also a VA high school QB. a VA QB will also start for UVA whether it be Sims or Rocco, so half of the ACC's starting QBs are from VA, and all of the good ones are.
