Greg Webb has decommitted from Penn State and is now committed to UNC. If just going by rankings, this is a big pickup for them as he almost a top 100 player on rivals. Assuming that most of the better recruits are going to change schools, where do you guys think Hackenberg goes?

So he goes from one school that's getting sanctioned to another that should be on sanctions if the NCAA gets their shit straight. This kid is a genius.


As for PSU, it seems like the NCAA is trying to kill off PSU football without manning up and actually giving them the death penalty. My guess is its because they probably don't have any real authority to do so and they're making it up as they're going along.
