Agree. I (Jethro) stand corrected. I didn't think Sims had a shot in hell to qualify for a medical hardship. If his father is in fact at UVA being treated..that typically isn't a good thing. Hope for the best for him concerning his father's health..but on the flip side...

He should. The charges seem overblown compared to the stuff people get away with every day.

He needs to clean up his act, but I could see him reinstated if he apologizes and gets real.

I don't see the point. Paterno is dead and the other administrators are all fired (I think) and face perjury charges so they should be getting their punishment soon enough. As long as Penn St has cleared out all the people involved, I see no reason to give the death penalty to people that had nothing to do with this.
