Mike Scott has been arrested during a high speed chase and possessed with marijuana. Felony charges.

I am expecting him to be released real soon. That would clear up about $3 million on the payroll.

Mike Scott could be facing up to twenty-five years in prison. No idea why he hasn't been cut yet.

Also, Jason Richardson has been signed for the veteran minimum ($1.25 million, I think). I like that signing. At the very least, he'll be good for depth.
