Hey unlv, what's up? I don't see you on here as much as past years. Busy working or just don't give a care as much like the rest of us? Whatever the case, always good seeing you on here even if not as often as before.

Yeah been busy with life lately. But honestly I had to take a break from beating my head against the wall with these Mariners... Don't worry I'll be reporting for duty Friday for our yearly 8 months of brutal torture.


Also I am not used to it being this cold when ST begins my brain hasn't caught up to baseball time.

I hear that. I have been sick since first week of October. This cold/wet shit is for the birds or fishes or whoever else but me. And to think I grew up here...

Here is to 8 months together for better or worse...and we know it will be for worse.

So the Phillies have a possible 3yr deal in place for Arrieta. I guess JD didn't need to look into this as an option.

I did a little more looking into this "good" thing. I guess they got it from a Jocko Willink video which gives it a little more substance and makes it make a little more sense. But still it is a very tacky motto for the Mariners. "good" Is more of an individual improvement self help motivation thing.

fyi: Jocko Willink is a Navy Seal badass, that writes books about stuff now.
