That's a pretty good value. Garcia has struggled to put together seasons in which he both remains healthy and performs at his best, but he still has the strong groundball rate and decent strikeout rate to go along with it. Unfortunately, this most likely means that Joe Biagini will be back in Toronto's pen, barring an injury to another starter this spring.
