OC important? Caldwell was an OC! And a bad one at that. The entire coaching staff will need to be good to offset a Head Coach that failed miserably in Indy with a legit owner and GM!

Well I dont know if they had a stiffy for him or just completely fucked up and freaked out when whis went to tn? Ill go with that actually, like many lions fans their front office had a kneejerk reaction to not getting everyone in michigans first choice as qb and scrambled to sign jim fucking caldwell. Ugh.

Yea RobBase. I am sure you are aware that Caldwell was that knucklehead who took out his starters the year Manning and the Colts were undefeated to rest them for the playoffs denying Manning and the Colts the best possibility for challenging the Dolphins undefeated season. I don't think Manning has ever forgiven Caldwell for that move. I hope Caldwell has learned from that incident but I wouldn't be surprised if any of the fans trusts him on that and other coaching matters.
