So, who's next in line on your WR wish lists? I'd hope we would maybe try and go after Doucet, Simpson, or Caldwell.

i'm starting to think that we might still go with Hill in the 1st if he's there. There are alot of teams in competition for the top wrs available. Rams, Browns, Colts, etc. all have heavy need at WR.

I'm not a fan of Simpson. Yes his jump was spectacular but against us he was lousy.

I do wish we could get Eddie Royal, reminds me of The Eddie Money song, take me home tonight!

So for needs we still have WR and RG as holes. Wonder what the remaining cap space is like, probably around 15 million right?

I think Lloyd to NE was going to happen all along, they just seemed like too perfect of a match not to. That kind of scares me, last time he was in that offense for a full year he dominated and not he has Wes Welker, Hernandez and Gron to take the pressure off of him. I could see big things in store for him and Tom next year.

I think Jacksonville needs to go all in for Laurent Robinson. At some point they are going to have to get a WR or two there and he is likely the last person on the list that is considered "big time" by some.

There are other options as well. Doucet, Caldwell, Maechem, and Royal are all still out there. Plus I'm sure we will pick up at least 2 WR's in the draft.

Thought Royal was on his way to Redskins? Docuet and Caldwell will be fine but I like Manningham a lot and Wallace said he'd love to play for SF so I'd love that he'd come out here some way some how if at all possible.

If I'm the Jags GM im brining in a few WR's one of which being a big named guy like Robinson or Manningham. Then I'd try for a guy like Braylon at vet min and also draft one early. They have a talented young QB with no weapons and no directon, they need to not stunt him any farther and get him some WR's.

Now that we have Rogers and Cox locked up i would be more open to that scenario. I still think it's a reach, but we need to add at least 2-3 more WR's.

"Raiders free agent WR Chaz Schilens is visiting 49ers, and Rams free agent WR Brandon Lloyd also is expected to visit San Francisco."

Lloyd would ease the pain of losing Morgan quite nicely

I thought Lloyd to the pats was a done deal. If he's coming for a visit that bodes well for us.
