Not necessarily. There were reports that Manning didn't wanna play with Marshall anyways.

Yeah, I heard that too. But I assumed that meant Wayne coming too. For Wayne to resign with Indy instead of going home to Miami to play with Peyton makes me think that he knows something that we don't. But then again, the frenzy makes me try to read between the lines...:)

Or, and this might be unfathomable to some people, Alex isn't all that important to this team? There was a reason why he was 31st in attempts last season. And it wasn't because they wanted to save his arm.

That is pretty funny -

I tend to find myself thinking like many fans I talk to which is that he has a take it or leave it offer on the table and it is one that the 49ers will be comfortable paying him in a back-up role. Which means it very likely has a lot of playing time escalators, something I'm sure he would like to convert to gauranteed money.

YES!!!!!!!!

Nice, but I would've reather had Carl Nicks for just a little bit more.

Not upset about Vjax going to TB. I'd rather go to the draft for a WR.

So our signed CBs on the roster are Rogers, Brown, Culliver, Cox, and Brock. We probably have room for one more (a draft pick)? My fingers are crossed for Brandon Boykin.
