I do google for breaking news... then in the filters I cut everything off except NFL.... and have it set to get a noise buzz on stories when they break .... ( LOL call me lazy... I'm not spending a Saturday doing searches LOL )

I'm hopping that with other teams releasing QB's Tanney can slide through waivers and he resigns to our PS. I believe if a team picks him off of waivers they MUST place him on their active roster, and not pick-up his waiver solely to be placed on their PS. I really don't see anybody doing that. Only other way we lose him is if he clears waivers then signs with another team for their PS. Anybody know what team he grew up a fan of?
