I don’t believe he is saying restricted free agents will not make the team. I believe he is saying undrafted players will have a harder time making initial opening day active roster.

I was in a hurry typing ...having a problem every year I have the same thing going on(WEll start up(GOT it running)) ...yep that was what he said . All the same he was probably right opening day make the team this year they would have to be mighty special.

With the off season being so restricted this year, I think all of the rookies in the league will have a tougher time getting caught up with the playbooks and just the way of life in the NFL.
