The two names to watch for adding 'veteran speed' for the Broncos at wide receiver:
John Brown and Jamison Crowder.
John Brown is one of the best deep speed receivers in the NFL. However he does have sickle cell anemia. Apparently not homozygous recessive though, but rather a carrier. Medicals will be key but apparently the team isn't super worried and think he can play in Denver still. Flacco wants Brown.
If not Brown at Z, a slightly different speed option would be Jamison Crowder out of Washington. A smaller speed weapon from slot that has shown out in the Gruden WCO and stress the seam.

Fun Facts about sickle cell anemia.
Usually homozygotes have extremely low Hg. Like less than 10 mm/hg. It would be hard to function in that altitude and environment of Denver with Homozygous recessive sickle cell anemia. Heterozygous carriers can be fine though. They have the immunity to malaria Falciparum as well!

Elway was pretty adamant about fixing the OL this offseason If they let the best OL we have walk . I am going to be let down.

I get it he already has a replacement and he is very solid I love McGovern but he is damn nice to keep at RT as well.

I get it you can only spend so much but why the hell can other teams pay more for a Center than us?

This would not bother me so much but we drafted him and paid the guy crap money for what he did for our team.I say pay him .

We should use the tag that gives us first refusal .

Most teams don't have a Von Miller to pay which throws how the salary cap is divided out of whack. Leary and Wolfe don't help either. We tried underpaying for a QB and didn't like the results, and now we are trying more middle of the road QB salary to see how that goes. Year 1 didn't have the results we wanted so now we move on to Flacco and hope for better.

Well sounds like the Cardinals are really leaning towards taking Murray with the top pick and trading Rosen. Top two teams in the running are the Raiders and Redskins.

Broncos and Paradis' agent are talking but sounds like they are going to let him test the market then come back to the Broncos to see if they want to make a competing offer.

Broncos are going crazy meeting with every TE possible at the Combine. Should be a position of high priority when it comes to the draft.

Eagles have called about Keenum. Want him to restructure his contract though.

Broncos have been talking to teams about some trades for Sanders, Stewart, Keenum, and Leary. The Broncos have also talked to some teams about trading up into the top-5 as well as moving back to around 15 or so.

Well there are only two names that come to mind in Haskins and Lock. You don't trade up that much unless it is for a QB.
