Riley Reiff told teammates he expects to be released. He has really struggled since signing with the Vikings. But I would think we could possibly be interested even though we just signed Dotson, so guessing he probably doesn’t end up here.

Bradley Chubb should be near 100% by week 1 according to reports.

Dotsen was a plan C type move. He's over the hill and the FO thinks they can get maybe 6 good games out of Dotson.

Not sure I would call it a panic move. When James opted out we had to find someone with experience. Reiff would make sense, but trying to keep expectations low in hopes for the best.

Well yeah. We have two ILB’s go down. Davis appears on track to possibly play week 1. But of course he brought in another ILB because Strnad was lost for the season.

Yes, and next year is supposed to be a retracted salary cap - so as much as the Broncos can carry over to next year is a good goal.

I have seen a $25 MIL contraction thrown around. If so I wonder how much we are allowed to roll over. And I wonder if we can restructure some guys to take a hit this year instead of next to accommodate what we can't roll over.

I am not seeing a limit to the rollover amount although there is a floor on spending and I don't know rollover affects that floor.

that would be every year mingo.... but everyone will be in that boat. Miller will be a budget killer all the same.

I don't know that Von will get a big contract in the off season, he will get a nice contract, but not in the 20+ from the Broncos.

To me Simmons is much more important to lock up then Miller at this point in their careers.
