Yep when he came in I knew something was going to happen and it wasn't going to be good. He better not be in the playoff BP...he always fucks up. Luckily, Jose saved the day.

Lindor and Santana need to get going. Indians could make some noise in the playoffs with Bieber/Plesac/Carrasco. Hand has been one of the best closers in baseball. Karinchak and Wintgren is a nice set up contingent. McKenzie in the bullpen could be another nice boost.

This kid the White Sox just called up to be a middle/setup guy is throwing gas. he looks like a nice weapon.

Indians offense is just pathetic though. Santana and Reyes are the guys they need to step up. Hernandez and Lindor have been decent/solid lately. I do not hold out much hope for the mess of an outfield. Maybe the Naquin/Luplow platoon will not totally shit all over themselves.

as for the Twins- it looks like Kepler is starting to finally get back in the swing of things- and Buxton has been able to remain healthy for like 3 weeks in a row which is a small miracle. Outside of Berrios and Maeda, who do you actually have confidence in for the pitching staff?

Pineda has been great in his starts this year and his last 15 or so last year. I trust Big Mike over Berrios. Hill loves this time of the year. Not sure about Odo's health but hes solid. We have a lot of bullpen options, a lot.

Really, I am worried about the all or nothing bats against good pitching. We can't manufacture runs. Buxton has been on a tear but Cruz, Sano and Garver have been lost either lately or all year(Garver). Polanco has been bad. Gonazlez terrible. Kepler streaky. Rosario is what he is every year.

It's the bats that are my concern.
