he was doing good, but hes been bolstered by two recent big games........
I am willing to bet he has more good games than Chubb has.

Same with Mayfield for that matter. Only reason to mention him is he is a QB & plays on the browns.

Lindsey is literally changing games.

Oh Mayfield will win it easily for OROY. Basically all you have to do is win like 2 games with the Browns and put up a serviceable season and you're a lock.

Garbage not including Lindsay

apparently Lindsay is 4th, according to Vegas, at +2500, which still doesn't seem right ... lindsay has been a much bigger offensive producer this season than Chubb ... i don't really get that either.

The oddsmakers are always a little funny with these things, aren't they? To me, it's Saquon but would be fine with Lindsay as well. Some good looking rookies out there though. The future looks pretty bright.

It's going to be Mayfield, as it should be. Dealt with the worst HC of the last 70 years for the first 8 games, didn't start until week 4, and has looked great for all but 2 starts. I saw someone mention Lindsay is "changing games". Clearly you haven't watched Mayfield.

Too bad for him, he got his ass kicked against all the good teams he played. Lost to the Chargers by 24, Steelers by
15, Chiefs by 16, and Texans by 16.

And he only played poorly in 2 of those games. He also should've had another TD against the Texans but his idiot WR wasn't paying attention and got stripped at the goal line, in a game he almost threw for 400 yards. Against Pitt and KC, he combined for 477 yards, 4 TD, and 2 INT. Considering this was his first bad game since the second week of October, I think it's understandable.

Of course his stats are nice, going into 4th quarters down double digits you are forced to pass to try to catch up. Garbage time TD vs. the Chargers (35-6), garbage time TD versus Steelers (down 33-12), garbage time td versus the Chiefs (down 34-15), garbage time td versus the Texans (down 29-7). That is 4 garbage time TDs in blowouts.

Is Chubb not being #1 for DROTY a joke? And I’m not just saying that because I’m a Broncos fan, you look at a guy with double digit sacks and 2 FF and he’s behind a LB with two interceptions, zero sacks, and 0 FF. If Vander Esch’s only “leading” because of 102 tackles that’s a sham.
Leonard is leading & he has been awesome all year
LVE is last on that list.

I know Leonard has been great all year & so has James. Also the Rookie DB from Clev.
Not saying Chubb should or shouldnt be in front since I never tracked him, but the list is stout.

And nearly a third of his INTs came in one game. Every QB on a losing team has a few garbage time TDs, dude. He's been phenomenal, and again, over half his starts were with the worst head coach in the modern era of the NFL. This weekend will be very telling, how he bounces back.
