IM still wondering how the appeals court can word things in such a way as to say, well the law only applies to the Redskins name after this has come to light. And I will note, that the Skins have not come out and said our name is racist. They have maintained all along that we realize our name could be offensive to some. What they are challenging the court on is if they are going to ban our team name because it might offend some, how do they selectively apply the law when some of the patents on this list ARE clearly racist slurs or statements that can be seen as offensive by some.
