Awful day for injuries. Doubly tragic that this may be the last we see of Steve Smith.
Would be sad, he has been a very good football player. Little bit like Gary Clark.

Great question.
A solid point.United knowledge, because if I had unlimited knowledge I'd make plenty of money to be more than happy.
IN case any one missed it... I love the new Redskins name defense in the Patent case
The tried and true.. Take Yo Panties Off defense!!!
‘Take Yo Panties Off’ defense: Redskins cite other protected products in trademark appeal
IN short, the Patent office either comes out and admits they are biased against the Redskins name because of the PC police, or they begin revoking possibly disparaging patent en mass. Personally I think Dumb Blonde hair products is very disparaging.
Hilarious product names...and these are some of the least offensive cited...who knew
Redskins cite list of ridiculously offensive trademarks in team's court appeal
— TAKE YO PANTIES OFF clothing
— DUMB BLONDE beer
— MIDGET-MAN condoms and inflatable sex dolls
— SHANK THE B!T@H board game
— CRACKA AZZ SKATEBOARDS
— WTF WORK? online forum
— GRINGO STYLE SALSA
— WHITE GIRL WITH A BOOTY apparel
— OH! MY NAPPY HAIR shampoos
— BOYS ARE STUPID, THROW ROCKS AT THEM wallets
Again, these are 10 of the less offensive terms Redskins lawyers cited in a ridiculously long list that was capped by a fantastic final sentence: "Word limits prevent us from listing more."
Check out the article I just posted in the appeal thread.IM still wondering how the appeals court can word things in such a way as to say, well the law only applies to the Redskins name after this has come to light. And I will note, that the Skins have not come out and said our name is racist. They have maintained all along that we realize our name could be offensive to some. What they are challenging the court on is if they are going to ban our team name because it might offend some, how do they selectively apply the law when some of the patents on this list ARE clearly racist slurs or statements that can be seen as offensive by some.
