I watched the KC game the other night, they had 15,000 - 20,000 fans there. I think all the teams could do that as long as they spread them out and require them to wear a mask. This would allow them to keep some of the revenue generated by fans in the stands and give a little bit of a home field advantage. In Washington that would probably be more WTF fans than they have had in several years. It would also allow some people who work at the stadium to have a job to go to.

I was going down an elevator in the hospital yesterday and guys were talking about football. This is IN Wasington DC. Not one of them was going to root for the WTF team.

All the other teams could do that, but it doesn’t fit their agenda. I think its a competitive advantage with even so few fans.

I agree that all teams could safely put a limited number of fannys in their seats for home games. The question is how many seats could Washington fill even if the tickets were free? Yes, this would also provide jobs for the vendors at the stadium too if handled properly.

Is anybody else getting private messages from a poster named knightandday? Saying SportsHoopla is dying and inviting me to a new board. Hey @skinsdad62 do you admins know anything about this?

TV ratings for Week 1 in the NFL were terrible except for the Bucs/Saints game.

As expected

I agree but the numbers were far worse than Fox, CBS, and NBC were expecting with the only exception being the Bucs/Saints game on Fox which was actually a better rating than they expected.
