A question to everyone:

How to you feel about TV networks pumping artificial fan noise into empty NFL stadiums while covering upcoming NFL games to try to make their production of the games more exciting for TV viewers?

I'd rather they do something more creative - like pumping in real live fan noise in. Maybe do it by creating some Zoom-like connections to the stadium sound system.

I think it would be laughable.

I think we're on the same page. I despise artificial anything! What I really despise is artificial turf.

Once upon a time I had the honor and privilege of playing in a minor league all star game in the Astrodome in Houston, Texas as a 2nd baseman. A ball was hit hard on the ground up the middle and I dove for it and came up empty. Once I got back on my feet I noticed that both of my arms were bleeding. The first thing that came to my mind was that this reminded me of when I was a little kid trying to learn how to ride a bicycle with the same bleeding on my arms from falling on asphalt. The only difference was the astro turf on the field was asphalt painted green.

Big fan of real grass myself. Years ago I played some tournaments on artificial turf, it was great because the ball didn't jump over my stick like on real grass but agree there is less blood on real grass.

We're probably going to have artificial grass AND artificial fans this season. Which one's worse?

Skins trivia - What current Skin won the Ted Hendricks Award for his performance in the 2014 season? We've hooked up an electric shock if you try to look it up.

Wouldn't have guessed that with 20 tries.

Since we are trying to figure out if we have a QB or not, I thought it was time to take a peek at our former QB:

All time:
Completion percentage - 2nd
Passing yards - 81st
Passing TDs - 83rd

Those last two numbers will easily be inside the top 50 when his career is over. All of you that said you can get anyone to play QB …. eeehhhhhh … you were wrong.

Wow, I didn't think RG3's numbers were that good. ;)
