The Redskins are averaging 5.2 yards per play on offense. This is 27th in the league with 4 teams worse than that. This is the worst average yards per play for the Redskins since 2004 team when Mark Brunell and Patrick Ramsey split the QB duties.

That team went 6-10 so this team would seem to be heading in a better direction. The offense that year was ranked the 32nd in points scored while the defense was ranked 5th in points against. Sound familiar?

In the end that is what matters. My mantra has always been it is a team game and the team did enough to win the past three weeks. Lets hope it continues. 5-4 the rest of the way is 10-6.

Yep a win is the most important thing. This squad plays for each other and it’s great to see. It’s why I get so agitated on this board lately CDC/BKL/WBC it’s all so damn stupid. If the skins were 2-5 I’d get it but it’s like almost half the board hopes they lose so they can be right.

I don't think one of those people hopes the Skins lose. I have seen them all rooting for the Skins. They aren't wrong for saying it was a bad move.

Hell one guy just blamed Cousin's for the pick 6 last night. He threw it right where Diggs was running to but stopped. It goes both ways. The boneheaded move was paying Smith $90 plus million instead of Cousin's $84 million.

All that said, I hope the Skins keep winning. I have been saying for a couple of weeks it is like George Allen was still alive. We were happy that the team was winning and we were arguing whether Jurgensen or Kilmer should be the QB. 40 years later not a damned thing has changed.

in fact i have a long history of wanting us to win games even if it meant blowing draft position and such where other "fans " were perfectly ok with losing or throwing seasons

hell i dont play fantasy football because i cant root against skins players

dont equate criticism of BKL and the FO with wanting us to lose ( an ABC crowd tactic by the way )
