Just a thought. Before Barry was hired one of the guys in the running was Wade Phillips. His son was still here at the time and he would have taken the job. Many here thought he was too old or some other reason to not hire him. He won a defensive battle in the SB with Denver a few years back and he held NE to 13 points. 10 in the 4th quarter. Love Sean but the best coach on the Rams sideline last night was Wade. Wonder how much he could have helped here.
