He won't win it, cause voters don't understand the definition of MVP

But he is literally the entire offense of a 10-4 team

The team is at best 4-10 if he was playing elsewhere

The absolute definition of most valuable

Thank you

I think it's between Ryan, Brady, and Elliott.

I agree

On everyone but Brady

Whose team doesn't lose without him

But agreed, voters are in love with him

I wouldn't be happy about them giving him the MVP but it's hard to argue the fact that he is having a pretty great season.

He is.

But team goes 3-1 without him,4-0 if his backup doesn't get hurt

Statistically the easiest schedule in the NFL

And again, zero touchdowns in the 2 toughest games of the season

His best game was against a Fraudulent Ravens defense just destroyed by Carson Wentz and 43 year old Ryan Matthews

Not an MVP to me

But I agree he will prob win it

And I think Rodgers is firmly in the conversation now

If the selection is consistent with their voting patterns he probably won't get it. In the past a smaller sample size of games due to injury or something else has been heavily taken into consideration. Personally, I thought Vick should have won a few years ago when they gave it to Brady but he didn't play enough games for the people who were voting.

Ryan is as valuable as anyone this season, especially considering Julio has seemed to be not right for a big chunk of the season

We've been waiting for a healthy offensive line for a while now. It's great to see him do well.

Brady is in the race because they are NE, and sure they played well and he's played well, but imo he's behind Matt Ryan, and Elliott by a decent margin missing 4 games.

Granted, 9-5 is not great, but Ryan and the OFC carried the Falcons thru one of the toughest, if not the most, schedules. This with a DEF starting or playing 4 rookies, and two 2nd yr guys.

Elliott is deserving, but probably won't get it as voters will give that OL a lot of credit....Rodgers needs to win out and him look good in the process to over take Ryan.

OBJ, definitely deserves a spot at the table, but it will be tough for a WR that's not leading the league in any category to win it I think...no question the Giants would not be a playoff caliber team without him though.

Yeah, both in baseball in football, Im always bothered by the way voters define the award

Mike Trout is clearly the best player in MLB, but can a guy be the MVP of a last place team?

Just wish they would define it correctly:

"Where would this team be without this player, how valuable is he to that team?"

Forgot about Carr...good call, a lot like Ryan, OFC carried the D....yeah, DeMarco Murray's success behind that OL killed any chance for Zeke, but he's going to get ROTY.

Assuming the team had a good season obviously...that's a good starting point, but that theory might sway it even more to QBs.

I agree, its why Rodgers and Ryan are near the top of my list

Carr has just turned in a couple of really sub-par games, probably hurting his chances

yeah and that McFadden rushed for a 1000 yards last year. Man what a season Murray is having. What he is doing is more impressive to me with a bad oline.
