Haha, I've been a little late with some of my previous picks, so I wanted to get this pick out of the way.

If we go with players since 1990, what's the criteria? How about a guy like Jerry Rice, Reggie White, or Bruce Smith? Do we go with their best seasons since 90 or do we count their careers?

If the player played in any year since 1990 we can draft said player and we will use their entire career. Unless someone has a better idea?

How many people are participating in this 1990-Present dynasty team mock draft? How many rounds? Date it starts? Your favorite color? Do former Cowboy players count since they are currently all serving time? What positions, all including K,LS,etc?

Drafters need not go further back than 1990 but there are lots of greats prior that some may want to include. Again need not go any further back than GM's want to but the option would be cool... We'd be leaving out the Butkus's and L.T.'s etc

I agree melmaan but if we include all players it just doesn't work, one of my all time favorites is Alan Page, he played DT for the Vikes and weighed 220 pounds, he would not have a chance against 300 pound offensive linemen. I think 1990 is a good cutoff.

My vote would be on just current players. Going back in time is difficult for a number of reasons. For one, what version of that player are you getting? Would it be Emmit Smith in 1992 with the Cowboys, or Emmit Smith in 2004 with the Cardinals?

If we go current you get who the player is right now. Much easier to tell who drafted the better team. Just my input...

You would be drafting the player at his best, if Emmitt you would be getting early 90' Emmitt who is still the most overrated RB of all time.
