Not sure what's going on but we have only had 12 picks in the last 2 days. We need GMs to step it up!

This draft needs to be refreshed. What's the hold up?

Well yes and no as it shows if you took a player too high or had a steal compared to the actual draft. The bottom line is getting the best players plus your team needs so that would be a pretty good gauge no? Otherwise we're just going off of what we've seen of players ourselves or what we've read and its not like kiper is the supreme master or anything haha! Either way it would be interesting who met their team needs and found more steals on average...

I don't even know the criteria. But I would base this draft mainly on value of picks, along with filling a team need.

Please never wait longer than 30 minutes for me again.

I will text Moose on my way out the door. We need to pick for Tampa and I will pick for the Ravens when I get home.

We need to pick for the Bucs. My vote for the Bucs 2 picks are Corey Crawford DE Clemson and Imoan Claiborne CB Northwestern State. Both are projects but I think we expect that in the late 5th round.

Bucs, Ravens and Chiefs are still on the clock. Let's please have a more proactive day then yesterday. Sorry I wasn't here much yesterday I was giving a Florida state mandated test to my students. I wasn't allowed phone access during this process.

Well ok I wouldn't say every franchise is ran well or drafts well and maybe fans could actually do a better job for them. I've met some very intelligent posters that do tons of research for the draft and will spend hours upon hours watching college games to find those guys nobody has ever heard of that all of a sudden become household names in the pros. You are right some franchises make the mistake of not having football people in place but more a bunch of yes men that respond to the owner. It is why the Raiders were so terrible for so long and continue to deal with what Al Davis did to that franchise for the last 10 years of his time there. The Cowboys are getting a little better having some people who will stand up to Jerry Jones and look next thing you know they are in the playoffs again by not going with what Jerry wanted.

As for Manning I am afraid you are right about Manning. I think he will play good enough to get the Broncos to the playoffs once again and win the division but Super Bowl is going to take the rest of the team rising up to a whole new level. Too many teams know that with Manning and his lack of movement in the pocket that you can send pressure up the middle and pretty much destroy the Broncos pass game right now. IT is why I drafted a guy like Erving in he has the strength to handle that kind of pressure up the middle and give Manning maybe that half a second longer before the whole thing collapses on him.

Posters...agreed...I don't count myself among them. I've said many times, I'm a Sun football guy...since moving from the NE...SEC has grown on me and I watch UGA games and most of the bigger SEC matchups...also watch Tech when they play a worthy opponent...a few bowl games, I follow a few supposed draft gurus that I respect. That's the extent of my CFB "expertise"...lol

ATL...bad for a long time, Glanville had a decent run here, and the Falcons have made some great picks...Tuggle, Farve, JAM, Deion, I'd even count Vick as a great pick and several others...but they blew it on a lot high draft picks...imo Dimitroff should not have survived this HC change...his drafts have been so so, and FA moves have mostly failed.

PM...I say Manning is done winning SBs...I should rephrase that to say, he's not going to win another SB being THE guy, throwing 40 times a game. With a solid D that can turn you over, and a OFC that forces the D, to always respect the run...Manning could win another one...but the guy that would rather pass on 3rd n 2 80% of the time...he's done.

I was really hoping Javorius Allen would slip to the Jaguars.
