Ram's been around for awhile. A very solid player, but there's no way Dimitrov should be losing to him.

Agree. I see him more in doubles though. Here are his best GS doubles results:

I'm sure he wants to do well at IW and Miami, but his focus is undoubtedly on majors, and his most realistic possibility of getting another one is at the French. Most pros treat the 5 months after the Aussie Open as the clay court season.

The same way Djokovic has lost in 5 Cincinnati Finals and never won, Nadal has lost in 4 Miami Finals and never won.

I wonder what he'll say about his chances and confidence when that tourney approaches.
