I'm glad Broncosball has finally seen the light. I've said for a long time that finesse teams wont get you where you want to go. Sure, it's nice seeing the great regular season record. It's cool seeing the QB put up pretty stats. But where did those pretty stats get BrokeNeck last season? He fell apart in the playoff game when his fragile body couldn't handle the cold weather. Finesse works great early in the season in warm weather, but its not what wins championships late in the season. You'd rather have a PHYSICAL team. I want a team that will smack you in the MOUTH. I pray I'm wrong because I'm a Bronco fan, but this team looks like a fraud to me. It will be a great regular season record, but then a loss in the playoffs when we have to play a more physical team. Sad but probably true.

The other thing is we don't even know if Manning's fragile body will hold up. He didn't look too good to me after he took all those hits in the Jaguars game. He went back to the locker room briefy and spent a lot of time throwing on the sideline to stay warm. This is NOT a QB that can take hits. Another game like that, and it might be a serious injury. I pray it doesn't happen. God Bless...

:wtf2::L

I'll offer this small piece of evidence to show you the Broncos are a physical team: YACs. How many do the Broncos receivers have? It's an insane number. It is indicative of a physical offense because it requires receivers and TEs and even Running Backs getting downfield and BLOCKING, an inherently physical aspect of the game.

3 TDs is falling apart?

You are wrong, it is the team that scores the most points, regardless of how they do it. Last year's SB champs did it on Flacco's arm. Not by running and not by a shutdown defense. It tends to be the most complete or well-balanced teams that win. If our run game had been a little better in the ravens game we could have run out the clock, hard to do when your top two backs are out with injury and the third guy is 180 pounds.

The other thing is we don't even know if Manning's fragile body will hold up

You sound like the nay-sayers from last year. "Manning won't make it through the first hit" and then he did and has been just fine ever since.

He didn't look too good to me after he took all those hits in the Jaguars game. He went back to the locker room briefy and spent a lot of time throwing on the sideline to stay warm. Peyton warms up all the time on the sidelines. Do you watch the games?

By the way, smash mouth football star Timmy Tebow is currently on 0 of 32 NFL teams. I think the pros know more than you about who is a good QB.

The Jaguars were trying to take out Peyton's knees. They were using cheap antics to try and show that they were a tough team not afraid of the Broncos and yes for the first little bit it affected him as no player likes to have somebody diving at their knees. Usually the classier teams in the NFL will not use this kind of bush league type moves. Peyton still lit them up and barely had to break a sweat doing it.

My one wish in life is that when I down thumb you a mechanical hand with a boxing glove on it would shoot out and punch you in the nuts, then again, if that happened I would want to wish for the ability to be able to down thumb your posts more than once.

The problem is most fans can't handle REAL TALK. Can't handle honesty and the truth about a team. At least back on ESPN, there were SOME posters that could handle truthful talk about their team. That's why my posts got liked so much back on those ESPN boards. But here the quality of posters is less obviously. Too bad, but I will keep speaking the truth!! God Bless...

Your posts got so many likes because each voice in your head had their own separate account. Even other trolls voted you the worst troll on the ESPN boards. Now that is a title to be proud of.

Feel free to not post here anymore then.

The quality of your posts are delusional and myopic.

And why would you insinuate that there may be people on here who are not hard working Americans?

The real problem is that you wouldn't know "real talk" if it came up and bounced on the ground at your feet (much like a Tim Tebow pass).

Most NFL concepts seem to just sail three feet over your head (also much like a Tim Tebow pass).

God Bless......

No, it has nothing to do with being an internet tough guy and everything to do with me not liking you very much. To me you are a low life, disrespectful, bet welshing POS and I could really care less on how you think about anything, just tbh with you.

Anyone else having the uneasy feeling yet? Cause I still have the same uneasy feeling I had when they were 6 and 0 and putting up all of those pretty numbers.

Anyone else have it yet?

Been saying it all year about the defense and getting bashed for it. Nothing has changed though. The offense cant have a bad game for there standards and expect to win at this time. To much pressure on the offense and its about time the defense gets there head out of there ass's and do something about it. They could get it together and there is no reason to panic over a football game but if we Broncos fans want to see a Super Bowl victory the defense has to get it together soon. The pass rush has to improve. The defense needs to cause more turnovers and get some 3 and outs for field position. The stupid penalties need to stop. The LB's and secondary have to get there heads out of there ass's and the coverage has to get tighter on WR's and TE's. Please J.D.R. quit with the 3 man rush and Von Miller in coverage.

The defense is definitely a concern; however, if we get players back healthy I think they will vastly improve. If JDR has most or all of the players to work with, there will likely be more aggressive scheming. Unfortunately, there are only 3 weeks left for players to get healthy and then gel as a unit.

In short, this defense has potential to be very good, imo. It's still possible that they will vastly improve leading up to and through the playoffs. Health is the primary issue.

What effect does that historical statistic actually have on the outcome of games yet to be played?

Well, what do you think?

It was fun while it lasted.

Found this thread from last year.
