And if the franchise ownership spends any amount of time to look at what the Stars have done up here and tries to emulate it in (Stars own 8 "Star Center" facilities in and around Dallas and they are pretty much booked solid) it would do nothing but grow the sport down here.

This along with the fact that Houston demographics are very similar to Dallas' in terms of northern migration down here. Only issue I'm aware of might be around Tilman Fertitta (Rockets owner) and whether he would be a roadblock to sharing the arena. I seem to recall in the past he wasn't completely on board with the idea.
If they go to Salt Lake are black people going to be allowed to be part of the coaching and front office staffs? Would team officials sign deceased players from other teams so they can always and forever be a Salt Lake ___?
And if there is expansion, go back to the old rules where teams can protect everyone but 3 scrubs and two teams have to build their rosters at the same time from the same pool of has beens and never was's.
