Snit had a chance to do something stupid like pinch hit for Soroka after 5, and last season, I honestly think Snit would have.

Dave Martinez was faced with a similar situation today, and he chose to take down his starter with under 80 pitches after 5, who had made just one bad pitch after he fought through a long first inning.

Corbin is a better pitcher than Sanchez, but he's in an unfamiliar roll. You stick with the hot hand in the playoffs.

2 runs in that inning is a disappointment. Could have been a huge inning. Bases were loaded with a run already in with nobody out, and they only managed one run after that.

Yeah but I also believe Bobby believed in his relievers too much at times and kept giving them opportunities to pitch through it even when they sucked.
