It's hard to believe a team with a $300m+ payroll really could have Brett Anderson as a #3 starter.

Kershaw and Greinke is our 1-2 pitching punch......after that it falls off substantially.

They needed to be in on Price, Hamels or Cueto then. The Dodgers always have a loaded farm system. They could have made a deal. Especially after they lost Ryu. He was really good for them.

You know as well as I do he's on the Hot Seat. They don't make the WS....much less win this series.....he's a goner.

After this game was a bit of a sarcastic comment.

Not Mattingly's fault that Anderson is choking big time but I wanted Alex Wood in the game. Said way back at the trade deadline that Anderson didn't have the stuff for the playoffs.

Well if they can't come back and win this game, he still got his 2 top dogs going in games 4 and 5. Time for them to step up

And that is sad. You should be able to have a solid #3. It is hard to win the WS with only 2 good pitchers because if one of them drop the ball in a game, you may be in huge trouble for the rest of the series because you can't count on your 3 or 4 pitcher to win a game for you
