Because he's been a black hole at the plate since July 1st? .185/.250/.247 and he's seen his OPS dip from .952 to .783. Also one of the few players in the roster with options.

I guess there was going to be some fallout from the addition of Bryant. I feel bad for Estrada and especially Dugger who has really proven to be valuable this time around. I love the defensive outfield of Yaz, Dugger and Slater. I guess more heads will roll if Longoria returns but they'll have a tough lineup.

I like him in center. The kid reads the ball off the bat really well. One of the best I’ve seen in a while.
