Funny considering 49ers last SB win 1995, Cowboys last 1996.
I had a Niners Super Bowl party just 2 years ago.Funny considering 49ers last SB win 1995, Cowboys last 1996.
Glad you celebrate losing.I had a Niners Super Bowl party just 2 years ago.
He can celebrate losing again SundayGlad you celebrate losing.
Celebrated all 3 playoff wins that year, which is more playoff wins than the Cowboys have had this centuryGlad you celebrate losing.
I guess thats a difference between you and I playoffs are great but if you don't win the SB its all for nothing.Celebrated all 3 playoff wins that year, which is more playoff wins than the Cowboys have had this century
Ya - but winning the conference is much more fun than notI guess thats a difference between you and I playoffs are great but if you don't win the SB its all for nothing.
It's great, but without the Lombardi it means nothing. I'd think most here feel the same way as you've been there done that 5 tiimes.Ya - but winning the conference is much more fun than not
We can agree to disagree - winning playoff games is good for the fan base and the players to gain experience in order to enhance the odds of winning the trophy the next year or in future. It's great, but without the Lombardi it means nothing. I want another SB win, nothing else matters. One and done or SB loss, its still a failure of the grand prize.
OK, so you're happy just making the playoffs, got it. As far as I'm concerned, job ain't done. If Dallas wins here and then loses next week, job ain't done.We can agree to disagree - winning playoff games is good for the fan base and the players to gain experience in order to enhance the odds of winning the trophy the next year or in future.
No - but your players are better. Especially Cowboys players, most have never won a playoff gameOK, so you're happy just making the playoffs, got it. As far as I'm concerned, job ain't done. If Dallas wins here and then loses next week, job ain't done.
The line is DALLAS -3...Vegas has the Niners as 3, 3.5pt favorites. That surprised me with Dallas being the home team. Since I'm out in east Texas, I might just make teh trip and catch the game live.
The GOOD
Dallas is shaky on the OL and they'll be missing a starting WRs.
The Dallas D is only middle of the pack at stopping the run, so we should have some room.
They're middle of the pack in sacks given up, so our pass rush should have some effect
Cowboys' pass defense is in the bottom third of the league. While they get a lot of turnovers, they give up a lot of passing yards.
Over the past several years in the WC round, the road team tends to win twice as often as the home team
The BAD
Dallas is the #1 offense in the NFL--in both points and yards. They can SCORE.
The Niners struggle against teams with mobile QBs. And Prescott is a mobile QB.
We'd better pray Trent Williams is back at LT b/c the Dallas DL is deep.
Dallas's D will make us dump the ball off, so we have to take care of teh ball and not force it
The stats say that this one will come down to whether the Niners D plays well.
Don't be too sure. The 49ers always play close games even when they lose. You might win but they will make you sweat. He can celebrate losing again Sunday
Well, we only had two, so there's thatCelebrated all 3 playoff wins that year, which is more playoff wins than the Cowboys have had this century
Thx for correcting me - that last nail biter against the Sea Chickens felt like a playoff game.Well, we only had two, so there's that
