Game Thread: NHL Games - 10-9-14

Last night's Pens/Ducks game went as well as I could have hoped. Obviously, the big thing was the Pens' victory, but as a bonus, I have Corey Perry and Patric Hornqvist on my fantasy team.

Sabres in mid-season form already. Strong goaltending lost by scoring only one goal. And that only because of a fantastic individual effort.

And with Chicago on Saturday and Anaheim on Monday we can already go ahead and chalk up an 0-3 start.

So you're saying 81-1 isn't gonna happen?
