Lol, precautionary move, bro.

If you read anything beyond the headlines of articles while you scan through the pictures, you'd understand that the significance of this type of move this early in the season is very limited. They're just making sure he's 100% before throwing him in the mix. Players hurt their hamstrings all the time.

It's too bad you only seem to be interested in stirring the pot and being a dickhead as much as possible, because with the amount of time you spend around here you definitely have the opportunity to become a pretty informed fan...

The only person getting stirred up is you.

Sure wish he hadn't sand-bagged so long here before he waited until his contract year to put it all together.

He'll still be awesome in Miami, but not as productive without Austin's scheme, and on a less talented defense than he played on last year...

Time to face facts.

Suh was freakish when it came to his availability. Suh played fewer than 80 percent of Detroit’s defensive snaps he was available for in a season once, in 2011. In three of his five seasons with the Lions, he actually played at least 85 percent, according to Pro Football Focus.

Ngata has been on the field a lot, but from 2007 until now -- data is not available for his rookie year in 2006 -- he never appeared in 80 percent of Baltimore’s defensive snaps in a season. He hit his high snap percentage of 78.2 in 2012 and has dropped in his usage since, with 68.8 percent in 2013 and 66.1 percent in 2014, according to PFF.

Yikes.

Rob I could see a small swing to close the gap in those numbers. IMO Dolphins will face more 3rd and long this season with a chance to spell Suh or have Mosley paired with Mitchell who are both good against the run. Plus the heat of Miami may take a to on Suh early? While there is a chance, notice I said chance the Lions see more 3rd and short packages where Ngata stays on the field. Snap counts don't really matter that much to me. It's what you do during your chances. Suh definitely maximizes his snaps. High snap count shows me how much of a freak athlete Suh is.

Time to face the facts, he says.

Very likely the all-time-single-most hypocritical statement ever written or spoken by anyone, anywhere, ever. Pure comedy gold.

Good day for you, I was wrong about Levy too.

While Ngata rests his injury, Suh is mentoring rookies in camp and looking awesome:
Imagine how much better Ngata will be than Suh once he gets his conditioning back and legs under him. He outplayed Suh in week 1, so I'm guessing he will only be better from here on out. :)

(But I see he likes it when you do. Welcome to the IC Mike, you're gonna love it.)

Wait a second -- are you trying to say one week of football doesn't make something a fact? Rob told me different. Rob -- are you lying to me?

In case you haven't figured out Bronco -- I'm just messing with Rob about his man crush with Suh and the fact Suh graded out worse than Ngata in week 1.

I don't think I am part of the IC or the realists anymore. I'm a lone wolf just having fun exploiting Rob's infatuation with another grown man. :)

The problem is that you are arguing real football, and Mike is arguing fantasy football. He doesn't know the difference.

You're definitely in the IC, and a raging Rainbro. And if anyone has an infatuation with a grown man, it's your infatuation with me and my interests.

Don't be all Colt McCoy.

You miss Suh too.

It's okay, but I'd be lying if I told you it'll get better. Cuz it's just starting to get worse. Getting in game shape on Sundays is a bitch like that. AP knows. He didn't even keep his whip hand strong.

That's what happens when one of us watched every game on Sunday and the other guy does house chores all day then catches up on PFF come Monday.

It's like a labyrinth trying to get out.

Some of them prolly convinced themselves that missing preseason plus the last quarter of a season is no big deal. Seemed the popular thing.

Real fresh legs from guys out there. Yeah.... That's it.

Funny thing is -- I think you actually believe this, which makes it even more humorous. Good times.
